Sunday, a day of worship and of deepening our faith, seems to be the perfect day to touch on this subject.
To me, faith is about believing without really having proof. It's a knowing that defies logic.
Faith is one thing that has gotten me through a very difficult life.
I've always had faith that I would make it through any challenge that I was going through and I have.
Faith is the unprovable knowing that I am being guided, supported and looked after by a loving creator.
We live in a complex world and life can be hard; having faith is a sure way to make it through life's challenges with resilience.

When we realize that there is much more to life (to our universe, to what's possible) than what we already know, it is easy to develop faith that we are being guided by a loving God or Universe that wants the best for us.
When we hold that belief as faith in our hearts it strengthens our ability to face life head on and to boldly move towards that which can expand us and make us MORE.
