I'm hoping this communication finds you doing well.
I know that some experiences feel like they're good ones in life while others we would rather avoid. I get that. Nobody wants to go through unpleasant experiences, but what if I were to tell you that the most difficult ones are the ones that allow us to grow the most.
That has certainly been my experience in life.
Every experience that challenged me and that I was willing to stick with and really 'get' has been the one I attribute to my most significant growth.
