Subject: Let's find the silver lining for the New YearFriend

Let's welcome 2021 with renewed hope

Let us not forget that all struggle, hardship, pain and suffering CAN be a catalyst to great awakening and growth. To that end, 2020 has been a painful teaching year indeed. May you find the silver lining behind all the struggles of 2020.

Here's an exercise to help you do that:

  1. Get a piece of paper and title it "Struggles, sorrows, challenges & things to release from 2020"

  2. On this piece of paper, write the number 1 through 10 in a column and next to each number, list those hardships that came with 2020. Just list the struggles here - focus on what you are releasing, what was hard, painful, sorrowful, stressful, difficult.

  3. Get another piece of paper and title it "Gifts, lessons, learning and things I want to carry with me into 2021"

  4. On this piece of paper, write down 1-10 and for every item you wrote on the 1st list, write down the lesson, gift or awareness you took from that experience and that you want to carry with you into 2021.

  5. We can either focus on the pain and the struggle and we will most certainly find it. But doing so does NOT serve us for the long term. Looking for the gift hidden inside of it WILL.

  6. Once you have completed this, pick up list #1 ("Struggles, sorrows, challenges and things to release from 2020"), tear it and burn it. Allow yourself to, and maybe even say it out loud (I allow myself to...), release ALL that no longer serves me and am only holding on to the lessons within it. Carry those lesson into 2021 and allow it to be a resource to help you create the most amazing 2021.

Sending you my very best wishes for a safe, healthy and expansive 2021.

We will NEVER spam. You are on this list either from the Rewire for Success Summit, The ExtraOrdinary New Year Summit, a Summit that I participated in or something from me that you signed up for. I have never, nor will I ever, randomly add anyone manually. You are free to unsubscribe any time should this information no longer serve you - and if so I will miss you and thank you for being a part of my community for as long as you were. Love and blessings to you.
