Hello and happy Sunday Friend! 

There's a crispness in the air already here in the Mid-West. The leaves are falling, and Autumn is upon us, and with Autumn and Winter just around the bend, it makes me think of family gatherings.

Family gatherings can be fun, and they can also be tense as family dynamics begin to rattle us. That is, of course, unless they don't because you have done the work to make sure you remain calm and collected regardless of what is happening around you.

And when you consider that someone is always watching you, especially the young and impressionable ones, wouldn't it be wonderful to demonstrate only the highest emotional intelligence to them?

In today's reflection, I speak about that very thing; being the best role model that you can be.
