Friend
One thing we all need is to know someone believes in us.
It's as if their belief in us inspires us to want more, to reach for more and to believe MORE is possible.
I have never met a person that does not want or need this in their life.
We all doubt ourselves from time to time; that's part of being human.
If you experienced childhood trauma, damaging experiences, broken dreams or failures your insecure feelings, self-doubt and feeling challenged to the point of wanting to give up will occur more often than for others.
In those moments, hearing those 4 sweet words "I believe in you'" from even just the ONE person, can make all the difference in you giving up or pushing forward.
If you have a group or tribe, a mentor or coach, a spouse, family member, friend... anyone who periodically reminds you that they believe in you, then you are blessed.
In this way, I have been blessed beyond measure with a tribe that completely cancels out much of the pain I have suffered and the setbacks I've experience. Their love and reassurance are my fuel!
Today Friend, I want to fuel you! I want you to know I BELIEVE IN YOU!
I believe in your ability to bounce back from adversity or setbacks. I believe in your capacity to always dig down and find MORE. I believe in your potential to feel more, love more, give more.
Friend, you are stronger than you know, more capable than you know, more loved than you know. You are uniquely beautiful and no-one can DO YOU, but you. In fact, you are AWESOME!
This I know!
Celebrate the uniqueness in who you are, the blessing that you are and know YOU ARE LOVED!
