Say nothing - because you don't know what to say Do nothing - because you don't know what to do Stay in bed a little longer because you know what's waiting for you when you get up Shut off the world and all the noise Be sad and cry your tears Pray and ask for peace and clarity for yourself and the world Yearn to be held and told that everything will be alright

SO JUST FOR TODAY...
Be with what is without making it wrong Feel what you feel and don't question why Do what you want or do nothing at all Say what you must or say nothing at all Cry your tears or dry someone else's
JUST FOR TODAY
Allow yourself to just be wherever you are, or are not, knowing that sometimes the ONLY thing that is the 'Right Thing' is JUST.TO.BE. No judgement, no explanation, no rationalization, no justification, no 'should'ing', No ANYTHING but what feels right for you now.
These are heavy times, scary times, difficult times and if you, like me, are feeling the load of it all, then today I give you (and myself) permission to LET IT BE and trust that 'THIS TOO SHALL PASS'.
Life is an ebb and flow - learn to be with the flow of your inner self and know... tomorrow will be different and you will once again be the FEARLESS FORCE that you are.... and then... you will do what feel RIGHT for then.
