Friend,
One emotion that's floating around a lot right now is fear.
It easy to understand the confusion, uncertainty and fear that surrounds our current situation so I wondered how I could best contribute to you at this time. I thought, definitely not give you more suggestions of how you can spend the extra time that's been imposed on may of you.
We all know this is a great opportunity to do all the things you've put off because there was never the time, like spending quality time with family members, reading that book you've put off reading, start the course you've wanted to take or even take your business virtual. Now that for many, more time has opened up, you can get to the things that have been waiting for you.
But another thing that has greatly increased is the fear that many are experiencing and I thought THAT is the one area I can most support you; by sharing an exercise I learned many years ago.

FEAR (which stands for False Evidence Appearing Real) is something that, left unchecked can really reek havoc on our psyche and life. So I invite you to try this exercise with whatever fear you are experiencing.
I have used it myself many, many times and it works!
