Because we can all use more of this... today I am sending you LOVE.
It may sound silly, that I'd be sending you 'love' right? And what does it mean to be receiving love from me?
Here's the truth Friend, we live in a magical universe, and just like we know that prayer blesses the person praying and also the person to whom we are sending the prayer, so does LOVE work.
Love is a beautiful energy field that spans energetically just like prayer.
Science is beginning to understand the connection between our heart and our brain and how it affects the body - it is called heart coherence. So is it beginning to understand how LOVE, the pure intent of love, also affects our human body.
So today, I am sending you love. Pure, unapologetic, heart-felt love.
Not because of any particular reason, merely because God has put it on my heart that today I send a message of love.
We are connected, you and me, in ways we might someday understand more fully, yet that we already understand in a fundamental way. We were all created from the same God (Source, Universe, Creator), and for this reason, we are brothers or sisters.
So today, I want you to know that I appreciate you, I see you, and send love your way. I pray that today you will be blessed with joy, love, and new possibilities.
And especially if today feels burdensome in any way, know that you are loved even in ways you may not yet understand. You are never alone.
