Happy 2020, I think 🤔
I’ve spent the last 3 days in bed with a fever, so for me, not a great way to start the new year especially when I had such ambitious goals.
I am actually laying in bed speaking this into notepad so that I can copy it into my email program. Because I just don’t have the energy to get up and sit at my computer to do this.
I’m Honoring my committed to getting an email out every Wednesday and I’m also committed to finding a way to make lemonade out of every lemon situation.
So in this situation what comes to mind is nothing lasts forever.
It’s important to remember that because when you’re in an undesirable situation, like the one I’m in now, it will help me more to remember that every cycle has a beginning a middle and an end.
This too shall pass!! So I continue to focus on getting better quickly.
The same is true when you’re in a good cycle and you are tasting the sweet nectar of life
It’s important to savor every moment with so much gratitude knowing that this cycle also has a beginning a middle and an end.
The good will be transmuted into not so good and then back again to good.
Some of us experience these transition cycles more than others, yet the cycle of life continues.
So that’s my message to you today from my bed, remember that
nothing lasts forever
so use that as a catalyst to focus on the positive and have gratitude when it shows up!
much love and blessings
