Hi Friend,
Something most people don't know about me is that I spent the first 20 years or so of my life being incredibly angry. I was filled with emotions I had no idea how to control or manage and the smallest things would trigger me. My life was a mess of emotional pain and uncontrollable emotions.
But after much learning and practice, today I'm able to handle the most difficult of situations, events and persons and rarely do I experience any of the strong emotions that once plagued me.
I had to learn the information I lacked in order to gain understanding and shift my perspective in order for change to take hold.
In today's blog, I wanted to share some tips on how to alleviate anger since I know it is one of the most destructive emotions of all. My hope is that the perspectives and information I offer will allow you to make small changes that over time will create the resilience and ability to remain calm in any situation.
