Week #2 Replay: Getting Started Right!
Week #2 Replay:

We covered "the basics" to getting started such as:
  • Choosing a brokerage
  • Some of the pros/cons of various apps and brokerages
  • Types of accounts
  • Taxes!
  • How I use watchlists and other tools you can find in free apps.

I warned this might not be the most fun week, but I was wrong... learning how to create a lifetime of TAX-FREE income (and/or GAINS) is pretty EXCITING!

(Hint: that's how a Roth IRA works.)

I forgot to go "full screen" when showing the apps. I will post some screenshots in the Facebook group (and you can also just experiment!)

If you want to open an account with either of the following brokerages, use my affiliate link and we'll both get a free stock:

The simplest, easiest, most intuitive brokerage app. Easy to track what's happening "visually." Also great for watchlists!

(Unfortunately no Roth IRA through RobinHood.)

Search for stocks or funds and explore tabs for LOTS of detailed info, from related articles to order flow to financials. (Probably WAY "TMI" for newbies, but interesting for "fact finders.")

Click on "Market" link at bottom for more awesome research, including top gainers over various time frames, top moving sectors, and a snapshot of markets around the world.

No affiliate link... just interesting info and articles in a sort of klunky app. Although they also have paid services and portfolios, I just use the (free) app.

(Hint: you can load up favorite watchlist ticker symbols into the "portfolio" function to easily track rankings.)

Week #1 Replay (last week):

We had a WONDERFUL week #1 session about CLARITY: clarifying what you want as an investor, plus a bird's eye overview of different types of stocks. Below is the Monday, February 8 replay:

With Gratitude,

P.S. The Facebook group is here. (Reply if you need help to join!)

This is a place to share wins or ask questions. I also post occasional thoughts, replays and other resources there.

Note: Neither the training nor this email are "investment advice." Results are not typical. Investing in the stock market involves risk.

I do not manage assets or sell investments. I am a wealth educator and an investor simply sharing what has worked for me and for others.
