It is designed to help you to facilitate EDGY workshops from selecting the relevant elements to a desired future state:

  1. Familiarise yourself with EDGY using the online documentation (links provided in the template).

  2. Go through the Enterprise Design Facets model and consider which Facets and Intersections are important for your context.

  3. Prioritise and collect a few Enterprise Elements that relate to a this context and might help mapping relevant parts of the enterprise.

  4. Either copy/paste the selected EDGY stencils and icons into a new frame, or copy/paste an example.

  5. Individually or as a group, map our the current configurations of Enterprise Elements.

  6. Then move to mapping out the desired future state of Enterprise Elements.

  7. Identify gaps and required changes to facilitate the transition.
