Dear Friend,

over the last four years we've developed EDGY, a visual language for collaborative enterprise design. Since then a lot happened. In March 2023 we launched EDGY 2023, the latest version of our language. Following this, in September, we hostet the EDGY User Day in Vienna, where we delved into six real-world applications of the EDGY language.

Introducing the EDGY Enterprise Scan

We are thrilled to offer you a sneak peek into a new EDGY-related tool: the Enterprise Scan. This simple tool comprises simple questions aimed at facilitating a holistic and collaborative approach to enterprise design. More details can be found below.

A lot of people love the concept of enterprise design and EDGY, but they are not sure how to start.

One way is the EDGY Cohorts. But if you just want a simple tool to help you gather your thoughts and involve others in a simple way then The Enterprise Scan may be worth testing.

Click here to access and download the Enterprise Scan. In the folder you find a couple of versions of the scan as well as information about it and examples of when, and how, to apply it. Read the file "What's included in the Beta" for more information.

Before releasing the Enterprise Scan formally we really appreciate feedback from people that have tried it, preferably in real live scenarios, in order to know what is good, and what needs improving.

Week 3: Enterprise Architecture

Learn how to work with the operational reality of the enterprise and translate ambitious ideas into execution. Spot and map out capabilities to inform Organisation and Product design.

Week 4: Enterprise Experience

Learn how to apply a customer and human-centric approach to enterprise change. Identify the Top Tasks of customers and other important people, and shift the enterprise Product and Brand portfolio to be useful to them.

Graduation week

Conclude the course, validate and celebrate your achievements and obtain your certificate.
