Dear Friend,

we are sending you this email because we consider you as part of the "inner circle" of our new association "Intersection Group". Either because you have shown interest in Enterprise Design or Architectural Thinking, you have registered for the launch event, or because you have been working with us for some time as an advisor, or in the production team of the Intersection Conference or the Enterprise Design Pattern Book.

Yes! We did it! We launched the new joint association today and invite you all to participate in our journey. So please stay tuned at www.intersection.group! Applications for memberships will be available beginning November 23th.

In the meanwhile: feel free to download the slides or the video of today's launch events, or read the brief summary of the launch below.

Cheers!

Organisational Setup of the Intersection Group.

Intersection Group has been founded by its two presidents Milan Guenther and Wolfgang Goebl as a not-for-profit, registered association according to Austrian law. Our association helps people to create better enterprises by building a community of world-class experts who co-create a coherent set of open-source methods, publications, and tools. We spread them world-wide by automated e-learnings and our training partner network.

Participate in our mission

Intersection Group is driven by an open community. We already have more than fifty very active members and want to encourage others to participate.

From Nov 23th on you can apply for various types of memberships on ->our website

  • consultancies;

  • developing partners (corporates);

  • tool vendors;

  • training providers;

  • advising member (individuals).

We are also searching for sponsors and people who want to help us with the production of the toolkit and training material.

Start of the production of the Intersection Toolkit

Together with our core team (Annika Klyver, Bard Papegaaij, R.M. Bastien, Scott Ambler) and other world-class experts of various disciplines we already started to produce the "Intersection Toolkit". This toolkit consists of a set of applied tools that cover the essential activities needed to create better enterprises including research and context assessment, co-creation and workshop design, mapping and modeling enterprises, instruments for strategic management and making the link to realisation through building, sharing and reuse.

The toolkit will bring together tools from Architectural Thinking, the Enterprise Design Starter Kit and the Milky Way Enterprise Maps.

Our latest activities

Have a look at our first book: "Enterprise Design Patterns".

Learn more about Enterprise Design at our Intersection20 conference next week.
