"The Enterprise on the Edge" This is Intersection 24, the leading conference on strategic Enterprise Design. This year, we are looking into enterprises "on the edge". "Cutting Edge" enterprises: Those that seize opportunities, make changes happen and thrive. We're looking for stories of courageous shared ambitions that came to life and made a difference in people's experiences. Enterprises "on edge": Those that face big environmental, societal or ecosystem challenges. We're curious about ways to understand and frame such challenges, reinventing enterprise identities and co-evolving enterprise architectures. EDGY enterprises: Those that are making use of EDGY to build bridges and achieve shared understanding of enterprise elements and facets. We're collecting use cases across the globe to inspire each other and contribute to a rich and growing practice.

SpronQ, a small digital agency in The Netherlands, helps enterprises make such a leap. They do so by introducing innovative digital products that have the potential to shake up an enterprise. By taking these first steps towards the edge, SpronQ shows enterprises what is possible, while reducing the fear to let go of the old.
The purpose of this workshop is to experience the design challenges we face to take an enterprise to the leading edge. Taking SpronQ, its mission and its historical narrative as input, we will ask you to design and redesign SpronQ. Using EDGY Facets and Elements and 5 key capabilities of Collaboration, Governance, IT-production, Technology, and Infrastructure, you get to use physical blocks to build tangible representations of a re-designed SpronQ.

This is the story of our second year with EDGY. This time, we went full circle(s) with a client. Let’s have a complete look at this epic journey!
&friends supported Startup Montréal in its transformation : to take an organization promoting local startups and create an international-level accelerator with billions of dollars ROI as target, reflecting the vision of Québec’s Ministry of Economic Development, Innovation and Export Trade.
To achieve that, we had to support a radical identity change impacting the Architecture of the whole company. As the clients won’t be the same to achieve the new mission, we also had to investigate and map the Experience we need to create, from task to journey. Yes, the 3 circles had to be changed.
But of course, they had a lot of legacy on capabilities, processes and products that had to be taken care of to keep the team aligned.
