The Architectural Thinking Association is going to provide monthly remote training courses, and we have three vacancies for August.
Our remote training consists of four modules á 4 hours. We distribute these 4 modules over two weeks to have enough time between them – to do some very practical exercises as homework!
Topics covered:
- How to improve the impact of your EA practice?
- How to elicit simple architectural maps from existing process models?
- How to model business capabilities in a way business executives use them?
- How to open a "negotiation space" where many people work together on the EA?
- How to connect with strategic management AND Agile solution teams?
Price: 1.370€ excl. tax
