There once was a young man who was mining for gold.
Every day he would mine in the same spot, believing that he is getting closer and closer to the gold.
At the same time, the people around him told him to give up. They told him he’s wasting his time and effort...
That the gold wasn’t there!
Years went past and the young man still didn’t find anything.
Finally, one day he just gave up. He thought, maybe becoming successful wasn’t for him.
The next morning, he finds an old man jumping for joy with a huge rock of gold next to him.
It was at the exact same spot that the young man had been digging for years. The young man ran to the old man and asked him “How’d you find this gold?”
The old man replied “I dug three feet deeper”
So today, I just want to remind you not to give up.
Even if it feels like you seem to be going nowhere…
