If you are joining me LIVE today for intention-setting, we'll start at 9am Pacific, noon Eastern.

You will ideally have a laptop or smartphone with a camera. Find the free "ZOOM Cloud Meetings" or "Zoom.us" app and you're ready to go!
Please bring a JOURNAL and pen. (Some blank sheets of paper can work, too.)

Please turn your video ON so we can have a virtual class and I can talk to PEOPLE and not just my computer screen! You can leave your microphone OFF (unless it's time to share!) and you can temporarily turn off your video if you are moving around (or require privacy).
