Subject: impromptu Meditation & Spring Equinox Class TONIGHT!

Good morning beautiful!!
Happy Spring Equinox!!!

I know you just heard from me...and I normally wouldn't send out another message this quickly after the last....however it's SPRING!!!!! It's one of my favourite times of the year....as it represents new growth, new beginnings, renewal, rebirth and a time for the light to warm us and our intentions and creations!!!!

Today, on my daily FB LIVE.....I had an impromptu nudge from Spirit to run a meditation and Spring Equinox class tonight....ONLINE!!!!!! Yay!!!!!

We're going to:
  • take some time to clear our internal "soil" so that the seeds we germinated in the fall and winter have clear, free space to grow easily!
  • review our "old" self...the old version of ourselves and see what fits and what doesn't
  • allow space for the new self to emerge and rise UP!
  • Meditate....to integrate the energy and open up to energetically receive the new that is available to us....especially today!!!
