I wanted to connect for a few reasons.....give you a little life update! Share some powerful IN-sights that have been flowing in! And give you a little inside scoop on what's shakin' within Tara Healing Sanctuary | Academy of Light | Soul Awakening!
We celebrated the twins 1st birthday this past week....August 28th! I still can't believe an entire year has passed! It feels like a month or two ago that I was writing to say I had delivered the twins naturally in under 3 hours! We had a lovely beach party to celebrate their first year on the planet....and for Gabriel and I to celebrate making a year with 3 little ones 3 and under! We did it! With grace.....with joy.....with very little sleep....with spirit flowing through our every move.....with many ego-busting moments....AND.....we did it without pulling out our hair or totally losing it! Bust out the high fives, chocolate cake and "Carlton" dance! |
| | In reflecting on the last year and ALL that I've learned and grown through...some key IN-sights stand out that I wanted to share with you....kids or not....super soulful and valuable.....- You can thrive while in states of surviving....This year I definitely feel like I was in survival mode...AND made a conscious choice to still THRIVE through it all! It's all about managing your mind or thoughts and not let the ego run away with you. If the ego tells you, "you can't"....then you redirect or flip to "I / you can!" and repeat several times until you start feeling or seeing the positive difference in your life!
- Sleep (or lack thereof) does NOT determine how much actual energy or life force you have! Being consciously CONNECTED to Source / Spirit / Divine Creator IS your energy and life force! Seriously! I have been amazed by what I've accomplished over this past year....while getting an average of 4 - 7 hrs of broken sleep per night....waking up to double breastfeed the twins sometimes every 20 minutes or 6 - 14 times a night....while playing and having daily dance parties with the kidlets....while making meals for everyone....I've successfully run my healing and soul coaching biz, expanded it to new heights (will share more on this later), restructured how I was doing things, launched 2 new programs, consistently worked with 10 clients per week, continued to facilitate my High Vibe Channeling Circles most Mondays, and traveled with the family to BC for 3 weeks! You / we can create A LOT when Spirit is riding with and through you!

| | - Riding on the above....I can honestly say....I've mastered staying out of overwhelm and have become super focused on efficiency over endless circling. The key to staying out of overwhelm ==> being super present in whatever or wherever I am (play, work, coffee with friends, hanging with the kids). The key to focus and efficiency ==> knowing that you don't have time to waste and making quick decisions!
- Whatever gets done, gets done. Whatever doesn't can wait for another day. Life is not that serious or time-pressured.....and your soul definitely isn't that time-pressured. The ego is and does a darn good job of stressing us out or having us feel like a failure. If the house gets cleaned it gets cleaned. If it doesn't, it doesn't. Most of this year our house has been a mess.....endless mountain of clothes to wash and put away...toys EVERYWHERE....floors covered in food from flinging hands and spoons! I chose to NOT stress about it! And save my energy, time and focus for the joyful things in my life!

Since conception.....in 2003....my business has gone through MANY changes! It started out as Body Elements Holistic Healing and was primarily focused on massage, aromatherapy and energy work. Over the years the work and services have evolved to Tara Healing Sanctuary....Academy of Light....Soul Awakening with Gabriel.....and most recently Ascension! A soulful reflection and umbrella for ALL the high vibe services, classes, training and retreats that we offer! I'm really excited to roll this out with YOU! Stay tuned for ways to get involved with new ideas, branding, events, etc over the coming months!
