Hi Friend!!! How are you love? Have you been feeling the waves and swells of "Wow! I feel great" one moment and then "Whoa....I feel slammed / off / terrible" (judging self) in the next moment?
I was just reading a few posts on Facebook and several people have expressed similar feelings... ....I've been “shoulding” on myself and why can’t you get it together.... ....I've been self-loathing, comparing and feeling terrible about myself..... ....I feel like I'm in a cycle of one step
forward, two steps back and can't move myself ahead.... ....I have zero idea re what I'm shifting to and it's causing tons of stress and a feeling of being so unsettled.... ....I've been WAY off and feeling thrown for a loop.....
Even today....just before going Live on Facebook for my regular Plug IN & Power UP....I felt all of that listed above. And have been aware of intense changes and emotions within.
One of the major insights from my Higher Self, "You are all going through a MASSIVE birth of the new self. There are BIG things being born within each of you right now. And for the next 6-7 months be prepared for a continuous cycle or flow of birthing a baby - intense contractions followed by stillness, rest and reprieve. The reprieve could last a few days to a few weeks and it will be a necessary time to rest, be still and receive. It will be the time to re-centre yourself and recharge for the next wave of birthing contractions. You are all bringing forward a new version of you, higher gifts, more ease, more joy, more abundance, more flow. It is an exciting and intense time. Gather. Support one another. And be gentle on yourself as you move through this powerful time of internal change and restructuring."
It was a relief - holy cow - OMG - WHAAAT?! moment hearing those words! |
