Hi Friend! How are you?
We just passed through a doozy week or so with the kidlets....fevers, late nights, little sleep, teething and growth spurts! What a crazy, wild, stretch-and-test-the-limits ride!
Sooooooo much growth! Soooooooo many insights to share!
After 5 days straight of 4 hrs of broken sleep each night, waking up 16 times or so with the boys, having to function as normal during the day.....I knew I needed to get a handle on my mind before the exhausted / frustrated / WTF thoughts took over my seriously sleep-deprived mind. Each time I felt a dip, every tired moment, every time I woke up with the boys, every time one of the little ones needed something during the day....I flipped things around and starting thinking, "I have infinite energy and life-force available to me!" (repeat).
Guess what happened? I had more than enough energy to move through the days (and nights) and not lose my cool!
And then....as they were growing....to too had to grow spiritually and emotionally! I confronted this deep feeling (and story) of not being supported....that it has been just Gabriel and I doing it all (which it has). Praying for more support around us....and yet feeling like we don't have it. I then heard (from my Higher Self), "You know the Laws of Creation, Attraction and the Universe. How do you expect to receive support when all your thoughts are trapped in a story that doesn't serve you? You keep repeating and receiving the same because your focus is on the lack of support instead of what IS present."
OMG! HOLY COW! Right! (slap to the forehead)
I immediately shifted my focus to, "I am infinitely and lovingly supported!" Immediately I started feeling relief, love, expansion and flow! And felt the Divine rushing in from various spaces and people to support!
MAGIC!
Self awareness and refocusing the mind are sooooooooo essential if you want to create an exceptional life! It's something I teach all my clients and is woven into every course I teach from Intuition to Higher Self to Abundance to Healing!
And speaking of Creation and Manifestation....Spirit dropped another gem of goodness the other night.....the "Please (or plea) and Thank You" and consciously creating. it was sooooooo spot on that I did a short Facebook Live yesterday!
