We've been re-balancing.....resting....recharging....and taking in the changing of the seasons. Preparing for cooler days......

How do you feel during the seasonal shifts?

I was REALLY feeling the shift this past week......Watching the leaves change colour, feeling the temperature shift and witnessing my own body craving more "earthy" foods than normal.....Preparing for hibernation....

It was actually THE PERFECT moment....as the leaves were falling....cool air outside.....trees in full fall colour....a little rain and then a rainbow.....feeling super cozy.....hot tea in hand.....

I sat still, listened within, listened to the collective energy, asked for the Divine to flow through.....and a beautiful conversation about Seasons of Change & The In-Between came through!
