| Happy NEW Year Friend!!!
How have your holidays been?? I hope beautifully blessed, restful and nurturing! I know that the holidays can be a bitter-sweet time for many.....so know that however they were for you....YOU ARE LOVED and all is unfolding exactly as it needs to and is supposed to for bigger reasons often not known to us as yet.....
As our little ones are fast asleep and I have a few quiet moments to myself to write and connect with you....I'm reminded of the love and gratitude I have for YOU....my community....my soul tribe! Thank you for being in my life, a part of my journey and for opening space in your world for me to share what divinely flows through as my life's purpose and work in the world! YOU ARE AWESOME!!!!!
As we enter into a NEW Year.....it's a fabulous time to reflect, cleanse, clear and set the stage for a new flow, a new way of being and new creations that we want to step into in the days, weeks and months to come! One of my favourite things to do as a New Year's ritual is: - to journal about and reflect on my year past!......
- All that I've learned.....
- All that I've accomplished.....
- All that has been created.....
- All that challenged me.....
- All the ways I grew and stretched as a being.....
- All the things that didn't get created or didn't happen (not to feel bad about....but to see what still fits that I may want to extend into this year, to look at why they didn't come to fruition, and to grow from what didn't work)

| | And then I celebrate ALL of the above and let them go! Releasing them and the year to the air / ether / cosmos!
I then put some fun music on and get to creating!!!! I journal about..... - All the things I want to create this year......!!!!
- All the experiences I want to have this year.....!!!!
- All the ways I want to grow this year (that I'm aware of)......!!!!
- All the ways I want to feel and be this year.....!!!!
- And then I begin to map out the known steps to get there! This creates a great starting point....a jump off....for my mind...in the direction of what I want!
Then I celebrate again....getting into the feeling energy of excitement, joy, bliss, radiance! There is soooooooo much to be grateful for! Can you feel it?!?!

| | Gratitude is a POWERFUL energy that lights you up from the inside! And when you're lit up...your creation will be lit up! Creation LOVES joy!!!!!!!
Some of the things I'm grateful for this year..... - Our expanded family! Having twins arrive! And having Aria integrate with them so beautifully and lovingly! My heart overflows!
- As challenging as it has been having twins and a toddler.....the moments of tears and tension have allowed me to grow as a mom, grow in patience, grow in re-focusing my mind, and shed any parenting patterns that do not serve me or my family!
- A smooth and easy pregnancy and natural delivery of the twins! And for the team of care and support with had throughout! Community and support is sooooooo valuable!
- The ever-flowing stream of creation energy, insights, wisdom teachings and clarity from Source into my life!
- The way my healing and soul business has evolved....Being a healer and soul coach for over 16 years has been THE MOST rewarding and beautiful journey! And I am grateful for its constant evolution....as it allows me to become a larger vessel for even more good in the world!
- Hiring my first 2 assistants to help with the change and transition of my biz!
......these are just top of mind and heart! I can't wait to journal out the rest!
