How are you feeling today? I know you just heard from me....but I felt inspired to write today. I woke up feeling a little foggy and groggy.....a little emotionally down....for no apparent reason. And couldn't get anything moving. Ever have those days??? After sulking around for a few hours, feeling like I was spinning downward fast....I knew I needed to STOP EVERYTHING!....And get reconnected to the ONE PLACE that ALWAYS BRINGS ME BACK TO CLARITY!....You probably guessed it....I meditated!
Within 10 minutes I had a good cry, did some energetic healing and clearing on myself and within my mind, and the remaining 10 minutes I sat still and simply just received. It felt sooooooo good to just receive. To feel that beautiful presence of Source Light running through me. Filling me UP. Reconnecting me! And moments later.....amazing channeled insight and clarity rose up in my awareness!
This is the beauty of being able to sit still, connect and open to be a channel! We are ALL channels! Channels for light, our gifts, clarity, healing, joy, creativity, mothering, fathering, nurturing, etc.....Think about those moments in your life when some miraculous flow of awesomeness just ran through you.....or poured out of your mouth.....or you found yourself rushing in to help not knowing how you could but you did! This is BEING IN ALIGNMENT! This is CHANNELING! We all do it, all the time! You were channeling the divine....divine grace....Soul flow.....Source clarity and energy! And it ALWAYS LEAVES US FEELING GREAT!!!!! Almost high! Why? Because you are directly tapped in, turned on, dialed up with THE DIVINE!!!! It's like returning home....to the fullness of who and what we are!
When we take the time to develop and hone in on this skill.....WOWZERS!.....The current only gets stronger, clearer and more refined!
Imagine.....having super clear insight into your life, what path to walk, what direction to go in....and maybe even receive insight for others when they ask for help.....???
Channeling has always been an active part of me! I actually don't know life without super dialed in intuition or channeling. This is why I'm sooooo grateful to have the ability and opportunity to teach others how to channel, how to strengthen their channel to the Divine, how to access messages for themselves and other, how to trust what they get, and how to powerfully show up as their higher self!
