NEW Year! Sending you a quick message at the top of the morning to invite you to my first Plug IN & Power UP of 2019!!!!! Excited to be back
in full flow and Source-Force! Today's topic: What do you have time for?
Where is your focus? Where do you place your energy? What's important to you?
We
often say we don't have time for this and that.....and these days I GET
IT 100%! A friend said to me the other day, "Make sure you're taking time for yourself Tara." I laughed! If you count my almost every day 3 minute showers, then yes, sure, great, I'm on it! I've learned )and integrated) that time to myself, right now, is more like time within myself while with my family!
I'm also learning to utilize the in-between time
to work on mantras, affirmations, mindset pieces....all to keep my mind
clear and set in the direction I want to go! So that I feel like I'm still me, my powerful, creative self....and that I'm still honouring a spiritual practice! I'm still dreaming and
wanting and playing manifestation games within myself....to keep the
creational flow flowing!
