How are you? How are you holding UP during this global time of change???

It has been wild. Since arriving back from Mexico life has been a strange adventure....and definitely not what we expected upon return to Canada. Thankfully....we are all well and symptom-free after our travels!

We continue to hold high vibration, healing space and light for everyone around the globe. Visualizing white and golden light around everyone, every country, the entire planet. And taking the necessary health steps to ensure optimal well-being and strong immune system.

What are you doing to stay emotionally strong, energetically elevated and physically well???

We may not fully know what or why as yet....We may still be in shock, fight-or-flight, "isolation", or freaking out....Through it all....remember your connection to the Divine / Source / Creator. Remember that you are sooooooo powerful! Remember that you are a creative force in this Universe. Remember that you have the ability to shift, elevate and transform energy of all kinds and nature (viruses are no different than anything else). Remember that you are loved. Remember to connect. Remember to embrace the change and downtime given.

We are all in this together. You are held. I am held. We are held.
