Subject: How are you perceiving today??? Past, pain or free and clear?

Good morning beautiful!!!!
I woke up this morning with the thought, "Perception is everything.....and until we release the perceptions covering our eyes, we will never fully be able to see."

I was so moved by this that I did a Facebook Live on the very topic! Perception is everywhere and weaved into our very existence. And MANY times it limits and constricts the way we see ourselves and others. Our perception is like a thick pair of glasses that we choose to put on every day....and these "glasses" are made up our experiences, our history, our learning, our past.

Now....I don't know about you....but I don't want to be seen for who I was 20 or 30 or even 10 years ago....I want to be seen for who I FULLY am TODAY! So if I want this for myself....why would I hold anyone else to the vision of who they were in their past????
Sounds crazy, right?! It totally is! You have the opportunity EVERYDAY to change or shift how you see yourself and others!
