• take note of where you've been, who you've been and all that you've stepped into.

• notice anything within that is ready or being asked to fall away. Just as nature renews itself every year.....we too, have this remarkable opportunity to hit the reset button within ourselves and in our life.....and choose to let go of the "olds" in order to make room for the new to emerge. What are you ready and willing to shed and let go of? And take some time "shake them off" or breathe them out.
  

• forgive self and others. This is such a powerful act....for ourselves, our energy field and the world around us. To hold onto pain, suffering, disappointment, let-downs, etc....is to hold self in the past and to hold yourself and others in a "freeze-frame-reality" that never changes. It's like a perpetual "Groundhog Day". And as we know....what we hold on to....what we focus on becomes our very reality. When we choose to be complete with the past and consciously release it from our mind, memory, body and cells.....we create NEW and expansive space within! Forgiveness is the BIGGEST gift you can give yourself and others.
  

• open your heart to even more LOVE! More than you've ever known before! Unconditional love has the ability to heal, release, expand and resolve! It is a high vibrational energy that ALL Ascended Masters and Saints practiced daily!
  

Are you ready to release? Are ready to feel free? Are you ready to strip away the "thorns" that only confine you...and hurt you? That's the thing about the past that I've learned over time.....anything that I hold onto....anything that I'm not ready to let go of....anything I don't forgive.....ONLY HURTS ME in the long run. It stops the flow of miracles. It slows the flow of vital life force energy through me and into my life. And it keeps me from the very things that I desire and that my heart wants most.

Remember.....you are always soooooooooo wonderfully, soulfully and energetically supported!
