How are you beautiful???
Gabriel, Aria and I just got back from a lovely day at a Maple Syrup Festival.....that was delightful! It always feels sooooooooo AWESOME to be in nature, surrounded by tweeting birdies, eating maple syrup taffy off the snow, taking in the sun and cooking our own bannock on an open fire!
As we were driving home, Aria peacefully sleeping....I was acutely aware of the contrasting difference I felt this morning when I woke up (feeling a lull, low, confused, down-and-out) and now feeling alive, grateful and joyful! Was it the fresh air, the fresh scenery, fun with the fam, taking a personal time-out??? And why was I feeling so low......?
When I got home I read a few emails from clients and they were describing the same thing. Sooooo....I sat in meditation and listened....what is going on? Why are we feeling so unsettled and uncertain....lost, confused and low? What was the message around it all? What can we do to elevate up and out???
