Happy Mother's Day Weekend! I hope you're fabulous and well and enjoying this beautiful spring weather! I've been hearing from clients that "stuff" has been coming up and old patterns surfacing....and that mercury, along with 4 or 5 other planets, are in retrograde (which can create a collective energy for deep-dive-inward cleaning). If you are moving through "stuff" please know that you are held, please be really gentle with yourself and know that this will pass. And when it does....you will be more light-filled and elevated...and will become more of who you really are! Every "energetic retrograde" is an opportunity for growth! Embrace it!
On a personal note....
Today, as I write this, I can clearly see, feel and share this....as I just passed through my own retrograde-shadow....all around breastfeeding. Which caused sooooooo much stress, appointments with breastfeeding consultants and pediatricians, prescriptions that I reacted to, hives, eczema, psoriasis and breasts that looked like a horror scene. Thankfully I've passed through the fires of hell. I really had to go in and UP, clear and reset from heavy ego-take-over of guilt, inner judgement and being really hard on self....and made the decision that it was time to reconnect to Divine Knowing, Divine ease, create flow and re-align to what was being directed from every angle.
I am happy to say that we are thriving and flowing and have found our natural groove....even if that meant letting go of breastfeeding 100%. As I sit and write this message to you, I have baby swaddled in a fabulous carrier, sleeping on my chest! She loves being close to us and we love having her in our life! I am also loving and embracing this beautiful weather....it lifts us! Gabriel, Aria Sky and I have been out walking/hiking every day this past week....taking in the sun, fresh air, flower blossoms on the ground and trees and connecting with Mother Earth! I feel like the past month I've been in the baby-vortex and spending A LOT of time indoors adapting to this new version of life (which is soooo precious and I'm overflowing with heart-filled gratitude for this incredible, miraculous experience!!!)....so it feels GREAT to get outside and be filled up and nurtured by nature!

Higher Awareness...
This weekend/Sunday we have the opportunity to celebrate Mother's all around the world! Being a new mom with plenty of internal, contemplative time I've really become aware of how much my parents (any parent) dedicated, gave unconditionally and cared for me and my siblings. It is a 24-7 act of highest service to care for another so deeply....all levels...physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually and energetically. I also acknowledged the times I took my parents for granted....not fully knowing until now how much they gave and all that they've done for me to grow, exist, thrive and become the person that I am today!

Spiritual Practice:
If you feel called....take a few moments this weekend and contemplate back to the first months of your life in your earth body. Consider all that was given to you so that you could thrive. Allow a deep feeling of warm gratitude to rise within and allow it to permeate throughout your entire body and energy field. As you expand this feeling....expand it to your primary care-takers / parents and see this bubble of love and gratitude surround them/him/her. Then allow this energy to expand even more....and tap into the earth's caring energy and it provides for us....how it mother's us. And then finally allow it to expand out to the highest knowing / Source / Creator and feel into the unconditional love, nurturing energy, compassion, care and abundance of the Divine Mother. Knowing that this energy is ALWAYS holding us, cradling us, nurturing us, loving us and swaddling us in an infinite womb of complete light and pure love. Rest there for as long as you need to.
This weekend Spiritually and Energetically celebrate, acknowledge and appreciate the divine feminine / divine mother within everything and everyone! Notice how much we really are taken care of on every level. Acknowledge how much you've been physically cared for by your own mother (for however long).
YOU ARE HELD IN PURE LOVE. YOU ARE NURTURED CONTINUOUSLY. YOU ARE ALWAYS LOVED PEFECTLY AND WHOLLY!
