Happy Canadian Thanksgiving Friend!
Hi LOVE this time of year! Gabriel and I were saying, as we drove up north on Friday (and now driving back to Barrie as I type this to you), that the colours in Ontario are soooooo beautiful and brilliant! A real delight to the eyes....a colour therapy explosion to the heart and whole being!
And, with Thanksgiving comes that beautiful opportunity to pause in reflection and gratitude for all that we have! As we celebrated our annual "Antler" family dinner (anywhere from 30 - 50 people every year since we were kids) my dad also gave his annual "speech" on gratitude and appreciation for who is still with us, honour of those passed on, love extension to those who are still healing, appreciation for new life and babies in the family, and an overall grounded love for all that we are and all we have. Tears were shed, hugs were had, everyone put aside conflicts and troubles and we all came to together to celebrate, appreciate and feast!

There is soooooo much! What are you TRULY GRATEFUL for???
