I hope this past weekend brought a warm glow of love, appreciation, a sense of filling up with rich gratitude, and plenty of time shared with family and friends! This season offers us an opportunity to witness change all around us, flow with the changes that are happening within us, and reflect on our life and all that we have in our life.
Here in Canada, as the leaves change to ribbons of gold, crimson red and rich corals....I feel my eyes awaken to the new colours...viewing the world with a fresh perspective and awakened senses. It's a wonderful time to re-align our internal view of our world....and choose to see what we WANT to see. Everything in this world is about perspective! We have the power to choose how we see ANY situation. We can choose to see something as terrible...or an opportunity to grow. We can choose to resist change...or it embrace it as beautiful. We can choose our view of ANY situation!
As a playful fall practice....for the next week, see how many times you can flip your perspective in a day...from that of complaining, blaming, terrible, fear, resistance, anger, frustration, etc....to that of something positive or at least as an opportunity to grow and practice your "spiritual / conscious knowledge". I promise you...you will see significant changes in how you feel and definitely how the world shows up around you! You may even find miraculous things occurring for you!
