Last night I had a lovely, authentic, inspiring and high vibe conversation and interview for an upcoming summit that I'm a part of (see pic below of Peggy and I getting ready to go)! And I'd LOVE for YOU to take part by enjoying all the insight and goodness it will bring to your life!

is full of twists, turns, ups, downs....and sometimes we get completely knocked down and struggle to get back up. OR we have NO friggin' CLUE how to
BOUNCE BACK! Sound familiar?
I remember when I miscarried a few years ago....after years knowing that this beautiful female soul was going to enter into our lives. Between the surging hormones, waves of disappointment and feelings of guilt that I had done something wrong....I hit a real low. Some would say depression...I would say deep deep sadness and confusion. Thankfully, I had a lot of support around me (spiritually and physically)....and thankfully I had a deep spiritual practice already a part of my foundation. Regardless as to how sad I felt, I allowed myself the time to feel what I needed to feel, run through the process of grief and returned to meditating so that I could stay connected. Day by day I felt healing occur while doing Reiki on myself, insights and clarity began to flow in regarding "why" this happened....and more importantly encouragement to stay the course hummed through my awareness. This baby girl would be a part of our lives one day soon...and before I know it, it will be.
