Happy Friday :) How are you??? Getting ready for the holidays?
I know this year feels a little different than Christmas's / Holiday Season's past....What a year eh?
I wanted to connect to send a little love-message your way to lift your spirits, elevate your mind, soother your emotions and possibly re-ignite that warm and fuzzy glow that comes this time of year.
First....Choose to refocus your attention and mind on all that you do have, on all that is positive, on all the wonderful soul-growth that has occurred for you (and your family) this year.
Second....Be open to creating a new holiday tradition...something that is joyful, something that represents expansion, joy, magic, playfulness, and beauty. Create something, decorate differently, make some Christmas music - sing some carols, make handmade decorations, craft up a new favourite holiday beverage, get outside and play....
Third....Connect to your loved ones...even if you choose it to be by phone or online and FEEL their energy...be in their energy....extend and expand your light and energy to them. (This is what I did when Gabriel and I lived in different countries for the first 10 months of our relationship and when I started to "see" clients by phone over 13 years ago.)
Fourth....Choose joy, freedom, love, magic, playfulness, health, vitality....no matter what surfaces or presents. You always have the freedom to choose in every situation....
Fifth....Align with energies, communities, people who elevate and expand you. Who remember who and what you truly are as pure light, pure Source energy, freedom and higher truth. This has been EVERYTHING for us and our community of Thrive 365'ers (our Spiritual Incubator for manifestation, healing, intuition and higher self mastery)! Having each other, being able to support and uplift one another has been miraculous and sooooooo supportive!
