| Hi Friend! How is your NEW YEAR unfolding?? We are officially into the first week! Are you feeling strong? Aligned? Clear? Excited?
Or something else entirely....?
People can put so much pressure on themselves around the New Year....wanting to release the old and step into something new. You know that sentence that we've all heard alllllllll too many times, "God, I can hardly wait until 20___ (2019) is over." And then the new year arrives.....and it doesn't feel any different or they loose their groove a week into the new year....It can feel rather deflating.....rather discouraging. Like an ol' familiar cycle that feels all too similar to the thing they were trying to escape.
See....it's not the mark of a new year that makes it (or you) new. It's YOU that makes it/you NEW! You in any moment, at any time, can make a new path, take a new step, instill a new belief, create a new pattern, choose a new way of being in each moment! And you may have to do that several times in one week or month in order for the "NEW" to become your NEW NORMAL! It's often your beliefs, your history, past experiences, your internal "content" that keeps the old returning again and again.
In our New Year's Evolution Workshop we talked about how to alleviate this cycle/repeat pattern, rise up out of this New Year's discouraging pattern, and really become empowered around the new year and your intentions! | | We arrived safe and sound in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico! Although it was a crazy 24 hrs in getting here....3.5 hr delay on the tarmac in Hamilton, crazy flooding in PVR when we landed, Chase burnt his hand at a hot water dispenser, a crown on a tooth fell off (same with Gabriel), Cruz got a goose-egg on his head bigger than a golf ball....crazy wild. We haven't had a second to set any intentions as per usual at this time of year....and yet....I feel super aligned and in the flow! I believe it's because I've been consciously practicing EVERY DAY to stay connected, be in alignment, finely tuned to my intuition and soul's wisdom, and consciously creating each moment!!!
Now that we're grounded for 2 months in Puerto Vallarta (we went from Oceanfront to Mountain views)...I'm looking forward to some consistency, getting back into biz flow and being available for intuitive healing and soul coaching sessions and teaching!!!!! |
