We've been buzzing over here....with energy....with light....with clarity.....with new vision and....with new action!
And all of this came in with a woosh! A gust of wind! A divine download....that felt to easy, beautiful, flowing and effortless!
Have you ever had one of those moments? When everything just seems to fall into place and everything feels aligned!?
Have ever noticed what you were doing in the weeks before?
Or the thoughts you were having in the days before?
Or the state of being you were in regularly?
For me....I've noticed a common pattern....
- I had consistent focus and mindfulness (with an intentional focus of my thoughts)!
- I was consciously creating an emotional and energetic state that feels AMAZING!
- I experienced clarity flowing in daily because I was connecting my action and steps with the Divine / Source / Creator / Higher Self!
And.....all the above happened because I was meditating daily!
Sometimes the meditations were 5 minutes....other times 15-20. It's not the length that matters so much...it's the quality of the time you meditate.
The ability to get super focused in a short time....the ability to deeply connect in and up.....the power to set a clear intention for the meditation....are what creates / created MASSIVE, beautiful, happy results!
