Hey being of brightest light!!! How are you feeling today? Wanted to reach out, connect and share the vibes that I'm aware of...and more so the higher vibes that I'm consciously dialing into!
It has been raining here for a few days now...and my mood really is matching the rain today....soft, subtle, still, a little weepy, and cozy. As you know...I love feeling joyful and uplifted....and I have been deeply aware that allowing myself to feel ALL the feels is sooooooo important and essential!....For many reasons....
When I / we feel all the feels....we.... - get to honour ourselves, our human expression and the full being that we are!
- may learn or uncover something that needs to shift or elevate!
- might be moving through or processing or clearing energy that is within us or swirling around in the collective consciousness!
Whatever happens through our emotions....it is soooooo healthy to honour all emotions...as they are expressing energy through our being. They are always showing us....teaching us something about ourselves.
One of the first steps to honouring emotions....is to let them flow! I did just that today....I let the waterworks flow...and after about 10 minutes...I felt lighter and brighter. I didn't need to linger on "why" I was feeling the way I did...I just needed to let them flow and let them go!
Give a go next time you're feeling all the feels and you will feel lighter, brighter and shinier!
