Happy Saturday! I'm off to Toronto today to teach advanced healing techniques and wanted to send this quick email message to you....
With a new moon in Taurus on Thursday it's as though we've been given a reprieve from the recent "trying" energies which has created upheaval for so many: loss of loved ones, strange physical imbalances, financial struggles, intense emotional outbursts, and heavy feelings of stagnation. We've now entered a time of remembering our TRUTH and a call to go within and listen to the deep wisdom and clarity that exists within our hearts.
The earth energy of Taurus teaches us about relaxing into all states and accepting....and eventually loving what is. It's a beautiful time to HONOUR yourself, your body, the physical senses, your divine gifts and how they flow through you into the world. It's a powerful time to be in nature and receive it's healing energy. It's the perfect time to enjoy the loving support and connections around us. And a wonderful time to experience the uplifting and expansive energy of creativity and creative endeavors.
The Taurus energy also teaches us to FULLY and DEEPLY APPRECIATE what we have!....Not just what we want next. Gratitude and appreciation are powerful and transformative emotions and energy! AND....the way the planets are aligned right now.....we have this incredible opportunity to heal our heart and really living life consciously, with awareness and as sacred!
So.....even when intense life situations arise....we can scramble around, try to figure it all out or throw our hands up. OR....we can go within, listen to the inner clarity of the heart and realign to HIGHEST GUIDANCE AND TRUTH! And....REALLY take the time to be still, rest, nourish and receive....so that new can spring up all around you. Remember....you can't make the flowers on the tree grow any faster than what they divinely know as perfect time! Sometimes when all things are buzzing around us.....we can find great joy and comfort in relaxing, sitting back for a moment and observe life unfolding beautifully around you....as you hear the inner whispers of wisdom rise up!
