| | Hello beautiful!!!! I've been meaning to write for a few weeks now....time sure does fly differently having a little one in our home now! Wowzers! The days (well...weeks) literally feel like a blink of an eye! Soooooo.....to catch up on a few things....Happy post Canadian Thanksgiving, Happy Rosh Hashanah (for those celebrating the Jewish New Year), happy fall and happy upcoming Halloween (or all hallows eve)!!!
How are you? How has fall been treating you?
MANY people I've talked to over the past few weeks (including us) have been all over the place....upside-down, inside-out, topsy turvy, strange events happening. All sorts of things FALLing away...which essentially makes room for the new!
If you're experiencing this churning energy there are a few things you can do to sail through with more ease.... - Inner reflection & honest conversation about what you're holding on to that may be begging for release. Take a few moments to go inward or journal about what is not fitting you, your life or your lifestyle. Some great questions to reflect on: What feels old and outdated? What do you feel you naturally want to shake off? What's holding you back?
- Choose your clearing modality of choice. Meditation, clearing tools I've shared over the years, therapy, EFT (emotional freedom technique), hypnosis, NLP, healing work, spiritual guidance....they all are powerful and work because WE believe in them. And get to releasing the inner stuff.
- Take the necessary steps to bring all into alignment. That means, if you're feeling to move....move. Or want to release a relationship....release it. Or want to change jobs/careers.....change it. Whatever physical world stuff is asking to drop.....drop them. The longer we hold onto the old, the more stagnant we feel, the more life force energy we unnecessarily use, the more tired we feel and then the cycle repeats.

| | Just like the falling leaves.....the tree does not cling to them....trying to hold onto them. The tree's natural, innate wisdom says, "They served their purpose and it is now time to let them go. Time to release so that you are free and not carrying anything into the slumber and quiet of winter. You will refresh, reset and renew again very soon. Now is the time to drop, release, let go."
We, too, go through similar cycles throughout the year. And in order for us to REALLY rebirth and regrow, we must release and create space for the new! And don't race just yet to recreate or jump into the new.....allow yourself this sacred time to nurture, be within your newly cleared self and ground. |
