I appreciate that you will not be expecting a newsletter from me this week and I apologize for adding further to your inbox.
However, I have some time-sensitive information to share I thought should just not wait.
There are two new massive learning opportunities that have just been announced that I think you will want to hear about.
1. MRO for Procurement Conference - Discount for My Network
This conference is being organized by Procurement and Supply Australasia (PASA) and will be the pre-eminent MRO and spare parts management event in the Australasian region. The conference will be held in Brisbane, Australia on June 5 & 6 2018.
This two-day special event will give companies the insight to gain greater control of their MRO and spare parts inventory spend, address key issues with MRO and spare parts inventory management and unlock the significant hidden costs-savings associated with MRO procurement.
Not only I will be chairing the conference, I will also be presenting a one day worksop titled, Building a Best in Class MRO Strategy.
This is the only public event that I intend to present at this year so If you want to attend a public workshop with me then you need to come to this event.
Crucially, I have negotiated for everyone in my network to receive a special discount when they register for the conference. Conference links (and the discount codes) are available on the SparePartsKnowHow website.
2. Spare Parts Forecasting Webinar, Now Available for Replay
A few months ago SparePartsKnowHow hosted a webinar titled, Intermittent Demand and Spare Parts: Why Forecasting Doesn’t Work… And What to Do About It.
The webinar was a huge success with more people than expected signing up. Afterwards we received nothing but glowing comments from attendees about the insights on spare parts forecasting provided by the speakers.
For those that missed out (or even those that want to revisit the content) the good news is that the recording of the webinar is now available online, and on demand.
