This is Why Some Spare Parts Inventory Managers Make a Difference and Some Don't
Issue #205

Hi Friend,

Over the years I have discovered something interesting.

There are many spare parts inventory managers that do something a little different at this time of the year.

No, I don’t mean that they plan how they can move budget allocation from one fiscal year to another (although some do that!).

What I have discovered is the subject of my final article for 2017 - This is Why Some Spare Parts Inventory Managers Make a Difference and Some Don't

Discussion Group Sessions

Our first group discussion session for 2018 will be on Tuesday 9th January or Wednesday 10th January - depending on your time zone.

The topic is:  Why Spare Parts Are Different (From Other Inventory Types)

Discussion Group Sessions follow a ‘Mastermind’ process where the session is introduced by me and then participants are invited to share examples of their experience. This is an opportunity to tap into the broad experience of other SparePartsKnowHow members.

Please note that these sessions are 'Members Only'.

To everyone that celebrates Christmas I wish you a Merry Christmas. And to everyone I wish you a safe and happy holiday period and a bright and prosperous New Year!

Keep on improving!
