Happy New Year to you!

I hope that 2020 is the year that you reach your goals.
 
To assist with that, this year we are going to make some changes with this newsletter. 

Each month we will provide articles and videos based on a specific theme. More on that later.
 
One thing that will not change is that this newsletter will remain complimentary.
 

Last year we sent out 149,000 emails sharing content that included articles, videos, and online events such as webinars. This year we will exceed that number.
 

That level of commitment is not possible without the support of the members of our Spare Parts Alliance (SPA).
 
The SPA is a curated group of companies that provide services relevant to spare parts management.  We have vetted these companies to be sure that they have the integrity to deliver on their promises. 

To be clear, not everyone who enquires about our alliance is able to join – those that do make it are the ones that I know and trust. 
 
So, when you are in need of products or services contact these companies and learn about what they have to offer. It is because of them that you are getting access to our complimentary content.
 
And if you are dealing with any company that is not a SPA member, ask them why not! Then contact me to see who I can recommend.

This Month's Theme: Getting Started

To kick the year off I have decided that January should be ‘getting started’ month. Afterall, new years are often about new beginnings.
 
With that in mind this month’s first article reveals the two uncomfortable secrets about your spare parts inventory that you MUST understand if you are to make progress this year. This month’s first video discusses how to bring certainty to your spare parts management (and wouldn’t that be great!).
