Hi Friend
Today I am writing to ask for your feedback. You see, its time to refresh the SparePartsKnowHow.com website and I want to be sure that it continues to meet your needs.
Don't get me wrong, the site is terrific and has worked well for nearly four years but...
...in that time our subscriber numbers have grown by 500% (now with subscribers from 120 countries!) and we have added more content than I ever imagined. So it's time to refresh the site.
And it is your opinion that I want!
Specifically I am interested in your suggestions on:
- Navigation: your thoughts on making it easier to surf and search the site?
- Content: what's missing that you are looking for?
- Format: we have articles, videos, audio files and presentations - which do you prefer and which do you wish we had more of?
- Plus any other comments that will make this site a better online training and resource center for you.
