Good news! Our newly refreshed website for SparePartsKnowHow.com is now live! The change has taken into account your feedback and as a result the site is now better than ever. Here are some of the key changes:

Simplified Access and Navigation
New drop down menus and a great new clean look make navigation a breeze. Plus the expanded Resource Center makes it easy to find the major sections all from one page, including:
  • The six key resource sections (Inventory Management, Inventory Optimization, Policies and Procedures, Metrics and Reporting, Storeroom Management & Procurement, Implementation & Change Management)
  • Our Best Practice Capability Framework
  • The ICR Online Training Course
  • Our new Continuing Professional Development section.

New Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Recognition
At SparePartsKnowHow.com we believe in professional development, not just training. So this new feature provides you with recognition for your spare parts management know-how. For each quiz that you (successfully) complete you earn a ‘badge’. Collect all seven badges and we will reward you with our SparePartsKnowHow.com certificate. Simplified Membership
We now have just two types of membership – Individual and Corporate. All members get the same great, unlimited, access. Corporate members get extra benefits in terms of membership flexibility, CPD reporting, simplified procurement, and corporate branding. Read more here >>>

New and Improved Search Function
While the new menus and Resource Center make it easy we have also improved the search function to help find exactly what you are looking for. Look for the search box in the top right hand corner of every page.

New ‘Ask Phill’ Forum
In the unlikely event that you can’t find what you need then this forum gives members a direct line to ask me a question plus harnesses the knowledge and insights of other members! Just post your question and I will answer it. Simple. Other members can also tell you of their experience and what worked (or didn’t) for them. Read about the Ask Phill forum >>>

New ‘Browse for Free’ Access
We have opened up limited access so that non-members can easily browse the site and see if it is right for them. Of course only members get full access to all articles and videos. Access this from the home page >>>

And Some Things Haven’t Changed
  • Despite all the great new features, individual membership is still available for the same low annual fee.
  • You can still access as much as you need, as often as you need it, for the period of your membership. No Limitations.
  • Articles, policy templates, white papers, and storage guidelines can be downloaded in PDF format.
  • The Re-Order Point Calculator is still available for your daily spare parts stocking decisions.
