Upcoming Workshop: Spare Parts Management Boot Camp

The team at MAPS has started taking bookings for the upcoming Spare Parts Management Bootcamp at the Maintenance and Parts Solutions (MAPS) Conference in Louisville, Kentucky in November 2015.

This bootcamp will cover all that you need to know to take control of your spare parts management, including calculating your re-order point without expensive software, understanding and managing critical spare parts and why you should be thinking about inventory prevention rather than inventory optimization.
