We call the course Basic Training.
This course has been developed in response to feedback from our users, as for some people, our Advanced Certificate Course has more content than they really need.
To address that we have pared back the training to focus on just the basics:
- Identifying what to stock
- Deciding how many to stock
- Identifying and implementing best practice
- Minimizing disposal and obsolescence
This is provided in a series of just 4 lessons.
The course is self-paced and contains the fundamental know-how for people who are engaged in spare parts inventory management on a day-to-day basis.
That's why we called it Basic Training.
