October is a special month at SparePartsKnowHow.com. It is the month in which we started our online training service and this month is SparePartsKnowHow.com’s sixth birthday!
From those early beginnings, we have expanded to now have an extensive library of articles and videos, six training courses, online coaching, a Best Practice Framework, and most recently, special reports. All targeting spare parts inventory management.
Since starting in October 2011 we have had:

Since we started offering course certificates (requiring the passing of an exam) we have now awarded 102 certificates. Achieving a certificate not only gives people the confidence that they can face the challenges ahead but also additional professional credibility. A certificate is a strong indicator of know-how!
