When asked this question, most people can quickly rattle off a number of things that they would like to change but I am asking you to decide what is the ONE THING that will make a world of difference.

One you have decided on this (and you may want to discuss this with your colleagues and boss) then work on you plan to get that thing done in 2020. Get started on that and make that your focus for this year.
