Use a target map to evaluate your inventory optimization software options.
What is a target map?
This is a visual way to compare different options, so that you can easily see where you need more information and which options suit you best.
Our target map is divided into four quadrants.
For each quadrant, plot your position for each possible software option on the scale of low, medium and high.
Where the answer is low or medium you need more information before progressing. If the gap to ‘high’ cannot be closed, then do not consider that option.
Simple and effective.
